Stand and deliver, your money or your life!
In true Adam Ant style, year 6 dressed up as Highwaymen, Stable boys, Redcoats and the tragic daughter of a local innkeeper. We took on the roles of characters from The Highwayman, a poem written by Alfred Noyes.
The children thought of questions to ask each character about their motives, loves, actions and feelings relating to the events in the poem.
They will now take these answers and use them within their writing.
